Best of Dear Carallel from 2023
We’ll be back with a new edition of Dear Carallel on January 11th.
In the meantime, we looked in the rearview mirror at 2023 and thought we’d share some of the favorites from the year gone by.
Without further adieu….here are six. Enjoy!
- From January 12th: Medication is so expensive! What can I do to lower my costs?
- From January 26th: He refuses help that he clearly needs. What do I do?
- From March 23rd: I promised my father he’d never go to a nursing home. I need to break that promise and I’m heartbroken.
- From April 20th: I think I might scream the next time someone tells me to take care of myself
- From August 24th: Dad’s moving in. My stress level is through the roof!
- From October 26th: I was surprised to be asked and surprised that I couldn’t answer. I have no idea how I’m doing!

We hope you’re finding some peace and joy–whatever that looks like for you right now–this holiday season.
Warm wishes,
