Carallel is a caregiver support membership. We provide guidance, tools, and one-on-one support to help people who are helping a loved one who’s ill, aging, or disabled (known as family caregivers) manage the challenges of caring for a loved one. We do not provide or place paid caregivers.
SCAN Health Plan members have access to exclusive pricing and billing options:
- Digital-Only Membership: $9.99/month
- Digital Plus Membership: $39.99/month when you select annual billing or $44.99/month when you select monthly billing
Your Carallel membership includes unlimited users. The care recipient, family members, and anyone involved in caregiving can all access support under one membership.
Digital Plus members can schedule up to two 30-minute 1:1 sessions with their Care Advocate per month.
Yes. You can cancel any time. No refunds are provided for payments made prior to the cancellation date.
