The holidays bring opportunities to gather with friends and family — and this year, perhaps with those you haven’t been able to see for a while. But for those caring for loved ones and juggling many responsibilities, the holidays can also bring added stress.

If you’re a caregiver, it is ok to permit yourself to do less.
