Community and User Engagement Manager

Role Summary: As the Community and User Engagement Manager at Carallel, you will play a pivotal role in the customer journey, and success of our community and company. You will help define how caregivers and patients interact with Carallel and our team, build KPIs, execute activation campaigns, determine reporting metrics with the goal of engaging our vast community. Ultimately, you’ll help make a meaningful impact on family caregivers’ lives. Working collaboratively with our exceptional team, your insights and feedback will shape our services, ensuring we continue to evolve and exceed expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement user experience strategies to enhance adoption, activation, loyalty, and advocacy.
  • Identify and develop new ways to drive engagement and interaction within the caregiving community.
  • Lead community and user engagement efforts, specifically increasing the quantity of users and the quality of their onboarding experience. 
  • Understand the interests and behaviors of Carallel users and how to best connect with them and keep them engaged. 
  • Drive the development of meaningful, compelling and measurable points of content along the customer journey. 
  • Work alongside our product and customer success teams to uncover user insights.
  • Provide the company with informed guidance and actionable recommendations to make the user experience easy and meaningful. 
  • Develop an engagement strategy for users (caregivers) through relationship development, content distribution, strategic alignment, product enhancements.

Requirements:

  • A passion for audience engagement and growth metrics. 
  • A mix of creative and analytical skills, with a bend toward compassion for our unique audiences. 
  • Exhibit a results-oriented, organized, and efficient approach. Be disciplined in your follow-up.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
  • Show strong reporting skills.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude  with the ability to work across multiple initiatives  at one time.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field, business, marketing or communications.
  • 5-7 years of digital marketing, community management, mobile and/or engagement experience, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Working understanding of Salesforce or similar CMS.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google applications.
  • Self-motivated, hard-working, and able to operate with a sense of urgency.
  • Knowledge of mobile and app marketing. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
